Our History
  • 1992
    Starting out
    PSD stated out as a small company over 30 years ago. Early on, PSD provided services in the areas of agriculture and construction.
  • 2002
    Acquisition and growth
    PSD caught the attention of an entrepreneur who acquired the company in 2002. Under new ownership, PSD expanded service capabilities and secured contracts in Government & Defense markets. PSD emerged as a leading U.S. government contractor supporting DoD programs in Poland and other EU countries.
  • 2020
    USA operations
    Responding to our U.S. customers, PSD USA was established in 2020 in Florida. PSD USA added U.S. leadership and transitioned operations to Texas in 2022. PSD USA's early work included OCONUS support on DoD and DoS funded programs.
